District Judge David King promised Tuesday to make a case involving a group
home for sexual predators in Leavenworth County a priority. After a hearing that lasted about two hours, King said he expected
to rule on it within a week.
Leavenworth — A decision could come within
a week on whether a repeat child molester is allowed to live in a group home in southwest Leavenworth County.
